Internet Explorer 7-9
When trying to open page, you may see a banner open at top of page stating, "This web site is using a scripted windows to ask you for information. If you trust this web site, click here to allow scripted windows..."
Click on banner and select "Temporarily Allow Scripted Windows".
You will again need to click on page link to open familiar password prompt!
If you don’t see the horizontal banner ... or password box:
Open IE 7-9
- Click Tools button on menu bar
- Click Internet Options
- Click the Security tab
- Click on Internet Zone (should already be selected by default)
- One same page click the Custom level button
- Scroll settings all the way to the end and then check Enable
"Allow web sites to prompt for information using scripted windows"
- Click OK to close Security Setting - Internet Zone
- “Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone?” Yes
- Click OK to close Security Setting - Internet Zone
- Click OK to close Internet Properties
Close browser
Or use another browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox!
